Everyday Liza wakes up with a grateful heart, amazed at how life is a joyful mix of simple pleasures, such as enjoying a plate of pasta (who doesn’t love that?), and wonderous, unexpected surprises – like a touch of magic! As a facilitator of the healing arts and Nationally Board Certified in  Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 2009, she encourages you - wherever you are on your own journey - to slow down, to quietly retreat into your own being, and to realize that ultimately the healer and magic lie within. Liza is delighted to be returning to Italy in partnership with Vita Bella Retreats. It is her goal that all those participating feel welcomed with radical hospitality!

Brì is an American massage therapist who has been calling Italy home since 2016. Holding a current Michigan Massage License, she brings her extensive expertise and warm Midwestern charm to the serene Tuscan hills.

​In addition to her luxurious massage treatments, Brì is a Yin Yoga teacher, Mindfulness practitioner, and Reiki healer. Her holistic approach to wellness aims to nurture both body and mind.​  Passionate about travel and Italian culture, Brì spends her days in Florence, enjoying la dolce vita with her partner, their two lovable cats, and the occasional adventure on the back of his motorcycle.​​​​​​​​​

Meredith is a New Hampshire-based website designer with a passion for clean, modern, and functional design. With a dual degree in fine arts and biology, a master’s in nursing, and nearly two decades in community health, she brings a unique perspective to her work.
