Upcoming Retreats
February 1-6, 2027 | Florence
with Susannah Conway
Come to Florence and spend a gentle, restorative week with Susannah Conway, reconnecting to your divinely brilliant self in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Through journaling, guided meditation, creative play, and meaningful conversation, we'll explore what's true in our lives right now while wandering Renaissance streets, hidden piazzas, and art-filled corners of the city. Using our journals as portals, we'll listen for what is calling us next, uncover the stories woven through our lives, and create space to hear our own inner wisdom more clearly. Whether you're seeking creative renewal, fresh inspiration, or simply a week immersed in beauty, Florence offers the perfect setting for discovery, reflection, and delight.
March 12-17, 2027 | Florence
with Marion Roach Smith
There are stories within you waiting for the right moment, guidance, and perhaps the right city to bring them fully to life. Join acclaimed memoir teacher Marion Roach Smith in Florence for an intimate writing retreat devoted to uncovering the material only you can write. Designed as both a writing experience and a creative pilgrimage, this retreat offers space to write, wander, reflect, and reconnect with your own story in new and unexpected ways.
April 25 - May 1, 2027 | Tuscany
with Samantha Clark
What if your creative practice could become a source of steadiness, inspiration, and joy, rather than something you have to squeeze into the margins of your life? During this retreat, Samantha will guide you through thoughtful reflection, conversation, journaling, and gentle creative prompts designed to help you reconnect with your creative impulse and understand what allows it to flourish. You’ll have space to consider what creativity means to you, explore the challenges that can make a regular practice difficult, and rediscover the pleasure of simply showing up to make something. Whether you’re returning to creativity after a long pause or looking to deepen an existing practice of writing, art, or making, this retreat offers the time, encouragement, and supportive community to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and delight in the work.
October 11-16, 2027 | Tuscany
with Jo Hutton
Come away to Tuscany for five nights of gentle movement, creativity, laughter, beautiful meals, and the rare luxury of having nowhere else to be. Jo Hutton, creator of Yoga for Tired People, brings her warm, unpretentious approach to yoga to this retreat, guiding you through restorative movement, reflective journaling, and creative exploration designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels most alive. You’ll have space to rest, make things, wander, swim, linger over lunch, or simply sit in the sunshine and enjoy the view. With a gentle rhythm and no pressure to achieve or fill every moment, this retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your own sense of soul, joy, and creativity, and remember what it feels like to move through the world at a different pace.

Our Founder
Jane Reeves
Jane Reeves is the Founder and Creative Director of Vita Bella Retreats, where she creates thoughtfully curated experiences in Italy centered around creativity, culture, beauty, and connection.
A former yoga studio owner, teacher, author, and lifelong seeker of meaningful experiences, Jane has spent more than a decade bringing people together in some of Italy's most inspiring places. Through Vita Bella Retreats, she partners with exceptional teachers, writers, artists, and thought leaders to create intimate gatherings that nourish both personal growth and genuine human connection.
Jane believes that beauty, presence, creativity, and authentic connection are not luxuries, but essential ingredients for a meaningful life. Her work is guided by the conviction that when people step away from the demands of everyday life and gather in inspiring places, something remarkable becomes possible: deeper conversations, renewed purpose, lasting friendships, and a greater sense of belonging.
When she's not hosting retreats in Italy, Jane can be found dreaming up new experiences, writing, spending time with loved ones or exploring the beauty of everyday life.
