Soul, Joy, Creativity, &
Yoga Retreat

with Jo Hutton

Who were you before the world told you who you should be?

Come away to Tuscany for six days of beauty, good food, gentle movement, creativity, laughter, and the rare luxury of having nowhere else to be.

Jo Hutton is a yoga teacher, author, and longtime retreat leader known for her warm, unpretentious approach. Through restorative yoga, journaling, and creative exploration, she creates space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels most alive.

Set against the rolling countryside of Tuscany, this is a retreat with room in it, room to breathe,  to rest, to laugh, and to remember what it feels like to move at a different pace.

For centuries, people have stepped away from ordinary life to retreat, gain perspective, and listen more closely to themselves.

Perhaps it’s your turn.

Come as you are.

For six days in Tuscany, there is nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to rush.

We’ll move gently, rest deeply, write, make things, share beautiful meals, talk, laugh, and spend time simply being together.

Jo will guide you through restorative yoga, journaling, and creative exercises that invite curiosity, playfulness, and a return to the things that make you feel most like yourself.

And around all of that, there is space.

Space to sleep in. Sit in the sunshine. Wander through the countryside. Read. Swim. Drink a glass of wine. Linger over lunch. Take in the view.

Or do very little at all.

There is no pressure to fill the days or make the most of every moment.

Just the invitation to slow the pace, quiet the noise, and see what finds you when life becomes a little less crowded.

A little yoga, a lot of breathing room.

Each day has a gentle rhythm, with enough structure to feel cared for and enough freedom to make the experience your own.

After breakfast, we’ll gather with Jo for a morning session blending gentle movement, reflective writing, and creative exploration.

Then comes lunch, conversation, and time to yourself.

Some afternoons may include another practice or creative session. Others are entirely open—to swim, wander, nap, sit in the sunshine, or simply stay right where you are.

You do not need to make the most of every minute.

In fact, we hope you won’t.

As evening settles in, we’ll come together over dinner, conversation, and the kind of laughter that tends to happen when nobody is in a hurry.

And beyond that, there is nothing you have to do.

Exactly as it should be.
