🌿 The Vita Bella Retreat Manifesto

A gentle invitation to how we show up — together

Dear beautiful traveler,

You’ve crossed oceans of time and terrain to be here, and we honor that.

This retreat is more than a destination — it’s a container. A shared space. A sacred pause.

Here’s how we take care of that space — and one another:

1. We come as we are.

There’s no need to impress, fix, or perform. All of you is welcome — the brave, the weary, the curious, the quiet.

2. We respect the rhythm.

Some days you’ll crave connection. Other days, silence. Both are wise. You can say yes, you can say no. You belong either way.

3. We hold each other in kindness.

This is a no-gossip, no-grumbling zone. We speak to, not about. We assume good intent. We remember we’re each carrying invisible things.

4. We take responsibility for our experience.

The food, the rooms, the weather, the energy of the group — none of it is perfect. But all of it can be meaningful if we stay open and curious.

5. We celebrate the beauty of the moment.

Let this week be about depth, not performance. Savoring, not striving. What matters most might not be on the itinerary.

6. We close with gratitude.

For the land that holds us. For the hearts that gather. And for the stories we’ll carry home — fuller, deeper, softer.

With all my heart,

Jane
